     Our practice was started by Dr. Anthony Decello in the 1940's in his home in Painesville, Ohio. Dr. Bernard Endres followed him into the practice in the early 1960's. Dr. Posner joined the practice in July, 1969 with Dr. Gregory Riffle joining several years later. Since then the practice has grown with the addition of Dr. Lisa Ward in 1991, Dr. Gregory Eippert in 1998, Dr. Angelo J. DeVivo in 2004, and Dr. Yael Dinar-Kushnir in 2006.
